- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RKeTECH shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our website or products.
- Delivery Options & Charges:
- Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
- You can choose to pick up your order directly from our store/warehouse location at no extra handling cost.
- For local or urgent deliveries, customers can choose to have their orders dispatched via on-demand services like Porter or other local transport providers.
- All transport and delivery charges for Porter or external transport must be paid additionally by the customer at actuals (either pre-paid or paid directly to the delivery partner upon arrival, where applicable).
- Damaged or Lost Packages
- If you receive a package that is damaged or tampered with, please record a unboxing video/photo and contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.
